My Street 2 - Bike Sketch

In building my bike I set up some step, maybe you guys can follow it to.

Because I think Spondon didn't had frame that fit to my little engine, so why not we build it. For the start, I was join with My fellow Fighters Andika who had marvelous hand drawing. We gather idea and thinking, what exactly spondon bikes I want to build. And after two weeks, we come up with this idea...

First time I look at the drawing, and I said to Andika "That's going to be Badass Motorcycle...". A big Frames with magnificent indention..

My Street 1

It is so long I haven't start writing at my blog.. maybe this is the moment for my first write.. 

To start it, I want to write about my eagerness in motorcycle custom build up. Actually this is my second custom build up motorcycle. My first street is this :

Original Honda GL200 Frames and Engine with custom tail section, Honda Hornet fuel tank, Suzuki GSX1000 rims  and Yamaha R1 Arm. But now we not talk about my first build, maybe next time I write it to.. hehe.. 

Back again.. Basic motorcycle I use is the same with my first build a 2003 Honda GL200. In Indonesia we called it Tiger 2000. This Motorcycle are legendary.

With 200cc, 4 Stroke, SOHC Engine. The Longgest ever mass production motorcycle build by Astra Honda Motor, Indonesia. Why? because is the easiest customize motorcycle and legally the biggest CC  in Indonesia.







This time I want to build some kind of old school Streetfighter Motorcycle with customize build frame. For you who know about old school Streetfighter Motorcycle, you will know about customize frames build called Spondon. 

Spondon frames are custom frame with muscular and beautiful indention a long it. Many build for Japanese motorcycle in '90 by Spondon Engineering Limited, of Derby, England. There are others Streetfighter frames manufacturer like Martek, Harris and Izax. These are some of them :

     Pada edisi ISF kali ini saya akan mencoba untuk menulis artikel pertama saya. Dan ini mengenai salah satu motor favorit saya yang di garap di Bondus Bike oleh sang empunya Udin. Aslinya motor ini adalah pengembangan dari motor terdahulunya kepunyaan Mas Agus Magani punggawa G-Tir. 

     Sekarang dengan sentuhan Sang pemilik motor, Edo TJT dan Buildernya Udin Bondus, mereka memadukan sentuhan Streetfighter dengan Chopper. Dan hasilnya adalah sebuah maha karya berupa Street Chopper Custom. 

     Posisi riding yg unik, itu yg pertama saya rasakan ketika naik motor ini. Aroma riding seperti chopper dengan posisi duduk sangat rendah, tetapi masih enak untuk di ajak menikung dengan kecepatan tinggi. 

     Memiliki komposisi warna yg berani, menghasilkan kesan mewah dan segar dengan warna orange candy bak chopper, tetapi tetap berkesan Street-nya dengan paduan warna hitam dof. Dengan frame tubular sebelah kanan dan kiri memberi kesan lebih ber-otot.

OTOBURSA 2012

One of the Biggest Motorcycle and Car Event are been held @ Parkir Timur Senayan, Jakarta, Indonesia. They call it "Tumplek Blek Otobursa 2012" this are some picture taken by Ruben De Sinner and ISF

As Otobursa previous year, this time even was filled by sellers of cars and motorcyles part both new and secondhand. But what make this even interesting is the emergence of many new motorcycle workshop with new young and talented builder. eg: BMS and Studio Motor.
